Bryan Anger – Founder/President

Bryan was born and raised in Camarillo, California. He graduated from University of California Berkeley where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology with a focus on Ecology and a minor in Conservation Resource Studies. While at UC Berkeley, he spent four seasons (2008-‘11) as the Golden Bears starting punter. Upon graduation, Bryan was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 2012 NFL draft in the third round as the 70th overall pick. After 4 seasons with the Jaguars Bryan went on to punt for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2016-‘18), the Houston Texans (2019-‘20), and is currently playing for the Dallas Cowboys. He spends his free time in the sunshine state boating and spear fishing as a certified scuba diver & breaking into the technical diving realm. With a passion for the water and our country, Bryan decided to use his NFL platform to start a foundation supporting our nation’s Veterans & Public Safety officials through scuba diving and conservation!
Wally Endres – Vice President

Wally was born and raised in a small town in southwest Vermont. Spent his educational career at Berklee College of Music in Boston followed by Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs. Wally spent the better part of 15 years as a Project Risk Manager and IT Business Consultant out of college. Wally has spent the last 10 years as an Operations Mgr., primarily functioning as an Acoustic Engineering Compliance Consultant traveling internationally for OSHA & US Military projects. He now is employed by Divers Alert Network in a very fitting role as the Safety Services Coordinator focusing on risk mitigation and development of new training modules. Wally is the resident SCUBA instructor with Project Restoration Foundation and oversees all aspects of SCUBA training within the program(s). Wally is also a NREMT Certified EMT, Licensed in Vermont, Georgia, and Florida. Additionally, he is certified by the International Board of Undersea Medicine as a Diver Medical Technician in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Wally’s free time consists of technical diving, rebreather diving, spearfishing, and UW videography. A secondary passion for German Shepherds, motorcycles, hot rods, welding & fabrication, guns, and Corvettes are high on the list of activities when not under water!
